  1. Even 5 minutes seems too long to me 😴
  2. Yeah, there was nothing there at all. I can confirm that there are at least three rigs down there 😭
  3. I always thought he was more of a snail racing man myself.
  4. Good question. I personally would use just one set, on the top, but I'm curious to see if our more jiggy members suggest differently.
  5. Yep, a good result. 👍 Recommend you play the lottery while your luck is in 🤞😁
  6. This is true, but it wasn't the cricket that I was hoping to ignore... 🤫
  7. Did you just copy & paste that from his email?? Sounds far too technical for you 😜
  8. Good news Neil. But where does he reckon all the water weeped from if it's not coming out of the laminate?
  9. In which case, just shout if you want help getting your head around it. It's easy... once you've done it a few times 👍
  10. @mike farrants, what are your plans for anchoring her? Does she have an electric windlass, or will you be using the Alderney method?
  11. Don't mind Geoff, Neil. He's all chipper cos he's just been invited for his Covid jab. Of course, now he's told us that, what he doesn't realise is that he's done himself out of any further excuse not to get out and finish that flippin' boat of his 🤣
  12. Good news! Glad to hear that.
  13. The 500G is certainly the go-to colour. How do you find the paint finish on yours? On mine (P100 and P2) the finish has peeled off in places. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing for what are quite expensive lures.
  14. Some interesting reading here: https://www.offthescaleangling.ie/the-science-bit/fish-vision/ https://www.sportfishingmag.com/how-and-what-fish-see/ https://midcurrent.com/science/fish-eyesight-does-color-matter/
  15. And I can understand why! It's like us calling you a plumber...
  16. Top fishing! Well done her 👍 Cool photo too. Must make you wince before grabbing hold of its bill like that!
  17. Yes, but let's not lose our heads over it...
  18. Thanks Jon, that's very helpful. Do you guys use weight belts over there? I've seen a spear-fisher here using a belt, presumably to get down and stay down. Always wondered how he got back up again though.
  19. Cracking looking dog! And an impressive tongue too 😂👍
