Sorry what I mean is can I directly post a photo so that it appears as a reader scrolls down the post, or will it always appear as a file that has to be clicked on to view it?

No, the photo will appear as a photo, without needing to be clicked on.

  2. Well hello again Dave!

Yes, we like to keep you on your toes... we'll have another site for you to register on next week 😉

Get some pics of your Raider up on the Show us yer boat thread 👍

  3. Welcome Dicky.

Another inlander then? I'm in Berkshire.

Where on the Windrush do you fish? I've been lucky enough to chuck some fluff in the past on the CFF beat at Sherbourne and also at Burford.

Bit of a follow on from fishys thread and been asked countless times no doubt

But, is the Quicksilver 15w 40 "heavy duty marine" oil any better than a high quality 15w 40 that's used in plant that can cost hundreds of thousands of quids

A mate is a plant fitter and can rescue some for me (supposedly top quality)

Is it really worth the £8 per litre for the Quicksilver or have we all been brainwashed

Good question. The general theme seems to be "why chance it?" but I'd be interested to know if there's an oil specialist about who can give the science behind it?

  5. Hello to all the Poole Bay Small Boat Angling Club members! Welcome to Offshore Outlaws!

Your forum site was influential for us when we were looking for a new home for the Outlaws. We hope you enjoy our small but growing site. Feel free to cross-post your catch reports, asks for help, tackle tips etc.

For those who don't know, PBSBAC is Poole's only club dedicated to small boat angling and their site can be found at pbsbac.co.uk.

    Tight lines all!

a pot for all that small change

I'm thinking along those lines, yes. A cubby hole for phones/somewhere to put stuff safely out of the way but still easily accessible.
