Yeah, it's just an invoice dressed up as a Penalty Charge Notice. I've submitted a challenge and uploaded my proof of payment on their website, so let's see what happens next.
I skinned and shallow-fried a deep hooked dogfish a few seasons ago. My son and I tried it and we both agreed it tasted bland with a mushy texture. Not very pleasant. Might just have been the cooking method and perhaps they can make them taste better over there but I wasn't impressed with the humble Solent Salmon.
Fair play to them for trying. The recieved wisdom seems to be that there's precious little left worth catching in the Med these days due to overfishing. Any idea what they were after?
New outboard engine layout and 2-stroke cycle. Seems to be using what Bombardier learned from their Evinrude engines.

They make some big promises but could be interesting for some boats.
Also, I use an aluminium pan for melting the lead which isn't great for heat retention. Sometimes I have to heat the sides of the pan with a torch before pouring to stop the lead from cooling too much. Iron is likely better.
@thejollysinker, do you find your first pour in a mould throws a sub-standard lead? I find I need to heat up the moulds with a blowtorch to get them up to temp before pouring otherwise the lead is crap as it cools too quickly around the mouth of the mould and closes up.
