  1. 🤣 I didn't even spot that she was ginger! Just searched for "girl fight" on Giphy and this was the first one that came up. You must be the dark-haired one having it yanked then.
  2. You've answered your own question... ⬇️⬇️🤦‍♂️
  3. I'd say so - Malc asked about trailers and you go off on one about moorings and dry stacks 🤣
  4. Do you mean bunk trailers vs roller trailers? If so, go for rollers every time. So, so, so much easier to slide your boat off rollers. In fact I'd say it's impossible to slide a boat off a bunk trailer into the water. With bunks you really need to float the boat off and onto them, which requires fully submerging the bunks first - not ideal for the trailer chassis. With rollers you can tippytoe the trailer up to the water's edge to just get the tyres wet, then simply push the boat off the rollers by hand and watch it glide in to the briny on it's own. However if you're referring to something else entirely then feel free to ignore me. 🤦‍♂️🤣
  5. Well, safety must come first so they made the right call IMO. Better to be on land wishing you were at sea...
  6. Frustrating for you but it sounds like the right decision. Bad luck and fingers crossed you can rebook.
  7. Top dangling! Guess it pays to take out the tackle shop owner if he shares all the best marks 😉👍
  8. Wow! What a tale. Well written too. Shame the emergency services were so ambivalent about the two stuck motorists. Good on you for helping out where you could. 👍
  9. Urgh, that'll be swelly, even if the wind drops and they call the comp on. Good luck whatever happens 🤞 Last year's finish was good though - well dangled 👍
  10. That's a lovely smoothound - good pic too. Well dangled Nipper, especially on a light Kenzaki. Tight lines for your trip away. Do you have a charter booked already?
  11. Then shouldn't you relish the chance to see Mike catching them until you have?
  12. How many red band fish have you caught then?
  13. Try now. Might need to refresh your browser first.
  14. That's strange. What was the error message? Can you add them into a new post on this thread?
  15. If the Start battery was at 11.6v then this could be the issue. Still check for dodgy connections though, including ensuring the battery post clamps are tight.
  16. Just dug out the batch of stickers from a removal box. Same price as before: £3 per sticker plus £1.50pp. Stickers are 30x10cm in size, high quality UV resistant self-adhesive. Post on here or PM me.
  17. Definitely need good quality, correctly sized cables. Could also be a bad connection if he's moved the batteries. Recommend he double checks all connections, including those at the starter (could be a coincidental issue with the starter connections, which is easy to confirm or rule out). What volts did he get at the meter? A healthy battery should be showing 12.6+ volts - anything closer to 12 may not actually give enough starting juice.
  18. Bumping this up as we have 2 spaces available. Don't be shy, it's a great opportunity to be educated on the finer points of noodle cuisine by Jon, or to have Neil try to find you a boat you didn't know you needed, and probably can't afford. I'd love to tell you more about the pre-dangle accommodation but @JonC hasn't organised it yet apparently. Suffice to say it'll be a giggle whatever happens; there will be prizes for the angler who bags the most dogfish, so what are you waiting for?!
