This is my go to recipe for bass https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/spanish-roast-fish-broad-beans-chorizo
Obviously this recipe was made for farmed bass but works well with a larger fish or filets, just adjust the cooking time of the fish to suit. Also works well with whole bream.

Not caught one for a couple of seasons now, and yes I’d had a hat on most of the day.

Sorry Adam. I'm drawing a blank on this. I've got as far as it being a 60F 6H2 engine of some description but your serial plate doesn't match any of the usual Yamaha configurations online. They usually have the serial number in the uppermost white box. I can't work out whether the 1998 is a year or a 4 digit serial number.
Have a look here for an example: https://www.perfprotech.com/blog/yamaha-outboards/yamaha-outboard-serial-number-location-and-model-identification
You could also spend some time going through the permutations on the Yamaha publications site here: https://www.yamahapubs.com/. I had a quick look and they  list three different types of 2 stroke 60hp outboard model made in 1998, none of which seem to relate to a 60F engine. Not sure if any of them matches your engine though.

I can't criticise... I was using the Command Prompt for stitching MP3's together last week... it's the most reliable way to do it that doesn't involve uploading your files to some random site.

They still are lovely boats in my opinion, but that is of course a bit biased as I bought an old one which i still have and is moored on the river Nene at Peterbrough. this boat has been retro fitted with a Volvo 165HP diesel (not by me), however the petrol version was far more fun, but very juicy. We went from Northney to Brighton and then to Fecamp (and back of course), no fuel use logged, but I reckon something of the order of 1.5mpg. Geoff.☺️

Most likely. It is a lovely boat so can't wait to get it fixed up and out on the sea.

For us once we are across Poole and Christchurch Bay the solent is a breeze so really doesn't matter where its held.
Depending on timings I recon 3 or 4 Poole boats would be interested but we would need to steal marks for your end

The intent is to have a social side... if we're allowed given whatever Covid restrictions might still be in force by then. Fingers crossed we can all get together over a beer, but there is the possibility that we might simply have to agree a mark to anchor up on en masse and have a socially distanced dangle. We'll know nearer the time and confirm plans as appropriate.

There are possibly a few boats that would be up for it, when the details are firmer I'll ask the guys

Sorry to hear that the fishing's not so good.
Mind you, I keep thinking the same about the south coast, but usually @Saintly Fish goes and bags up from the same mark and I realise it must be just me that's shit, not the fishing 😢

I would be up for it but our attending would be very dependant on weather for us steaming up from Poole.
We would also obviously need a berth so where you base the meet would also have a bearing on whether its viable for us
