The old ball and chain likes hers either filleted and skined, with salt and pepper,  garlic, butter and dark soy. Foil wrapped lightly and in an oven at 160 / 170 for 20 - 25 minutes depending on size of fillets. 
The other method is head and tailed foil wrap with salt and pepper, garlic, ginger drizzled with olive oil.. depending on the size of fish rough guide being 160 for 40 minutes.

That truly was the highlight of the trip, fishing was a none event.. Mr Fish - what you doing here!? Shouldve gone to Guernsey!! 🧐.. but that drunken cook up with the master chef will live long in the memory! Fucking belly laughs had that night were priceless.

It was a blast , bass were hard to come by but our Andy caught us dinner .......
Shame he went to bed and missed the fun between old Tadpole and I !!!  I have never laughed so much !! 
Anyway today I bought a couple of decent squidy from the guy on the local market and in your honour Andy we toasted your belated birthday ....cheers .

That could extend to pretty much anything.. I might have called in an airstrike from the carriers up harbour and I've pocked up the soul survivor from the carpet bombing run??
 
As complicated as floating bread. Hiding in the captains basin in BH.. HW now, the Mullet are off the feed so do I stick it out or go run SP'S in the run!?... hnmm.

Last time we were on the spot together he threw an homemade SP at me and it worked and I had the biggest of the session, from memory memory 60's.
