  1. Strong enough to hold the rest of you up anyway!!
  2. I take it you've all noticed that I have the strongest team?
  3. Well I'm guessing that if the fish has to swim a few inches up to grab the bait then it will be a positive take and not just a nibble. So hopefully, yes. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
  4. Yes the good old flounder spoon is what I will utilise. Normally I cast and retrieve them, but though suspended from a float a foot above the mud may result in better takes?
  5. Thanks Brian. Was this from a drifting boat or from the shore? I'm looking at shore floating.
  6. Anybody done this with any effect? What was your set up?
  7. If you gays want to we can. Keep it simple though I say and just go for "heaviest fish"? Your turn to supply the quality prizes!!
  8. Well done Brian. Glad to see you back.
  9. No it's not. Its more like...... #gayblondehandlebarmoustache #blueoysterbar
  10. Yeah I have one of those but it's not great. It cannot crush the bones and skulls of the fish carcasses. Or chop up skin.
  11. Do you mean tagging somebody into a subject or conversation Pete? If so, press the @ button, then space. A box shows up, then just start typing the name of the member you wish to tag in! Simples.
  12. Yes agreed, mainly down to them being used as pot bait I reckon. There will still be a couple put there, just need to hunt them down!
  13. Floating for flounder is the next thing I'm going to give a bash to!
  14. It was a good afternoon Scott, thanks for the hints and tips. Ive ordered my float rod, as the lure rod just didn't cut it on the distance front! πŸ‘πŸ»
  15. Some good fishing done there ! πŸ‘πŸ»
  16. I would too and do. There's more to me than I let you know!
  17. Will this be any good for the grinding of skulls and bones etc? I get all sorts of stuff from the mongers, but cutting it all up is the ball ache. 18. Gary, would it not just be easier to send them off and get a pro to rebuild them for you? I can give you the email of a particularly good rod builder! @Odyssey gets his rods made as apposed to doing it himself I believe .
  19. Johnny, your missing the point here. An eBay auction is a legally binding contract. If Pete wins the auction (which it appears he did) then the seller is obliged to follow through with the sale. Ok, will Pete get a Β£10k boat for Β£100, probably not no. But it will atleast educate a numpty on the ways of his mistake. But, on the other hand.......πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
  20. Pete, go to the Help section on "my eBay". The search for report a seller. there is a step by step guide. Make a note of the item number to put in your complaint along with the seller details. Also if required send the screen shot of the ended item page! And please (don't take this the wrong way) make sure you do a spell check before sending. The more official you are the more they are likely to listen. Dont over do it, but be direct and straight to the point. There is also the facility to get them to call you about a complaint!
  21. Yep, you won it so you should get it. Report him instantly.
