  1. I agree, for @Andy135 this would be classed as a bumper session.
  2. With practise you will find its easier single handed Mike. There is no need to relay instructions to others who may not compute them as you meant them. Maybe its just me, but I prefer to do it all myself. Its a bit different with a windlass as its best to have somebody on the throttle to take the strain off the windlass by easing the boat forward.
  3. Superb work John, well done indeed sir! Photos if any would be good to see!
  4. Depending on where you are launching from, browndown beach or east bramble bouy are good first time marks. Watch for strong SW winds. Aim for a N wind if possible. Or SW under 10mph. good luck!
  5. Nice easy job, just the way we like it. Now get out there and catch cod.
  6. I was thinking more along the lines of response times with new compaired to old. Yes your old one looks good and works , but will it work as quick as the new unit? Could make things tricky if not evenly balanced.
  7. Are you not going to do both sides as a matter of caution?
  8. Look into my eyes, not around my eyes but into my eyes......... you are under
  9. Nice going Luke, looking forward to the photos!
  10. Just giving you something to do in your normally boring life! 👍🏻
  11. Your not related to @GPSguru by any chance??
  12. You’re not out west…. Your in Wales. Out west is Bristol at best.
  13. You well know I dropped a decent one last year.
  14. Some lovely fish there, thanks very much for sharing. I do however wish people would wash the blood off the deck before a pose!!
