    It arrived yesterday and it’s caught us a bass already.

    Leo and I just took the tender up the river for a bit of jelly lure fishing under the solent university life boat training station. 40 casts or so in a drifting tender caught us one bass around 6lb and a few nibbles. Just heading back now for some mullet fishing, read watching!!

    Lovely fishing there Jon. I am starting to think that you don’t really exist, seeing as all we see are photos of your daughter (not that that’s a bad thing mind), and not you fishing!! Are you actually your daughter in disguise?

    Buying a new one is what I’m going to do. The tohatsu is proving hard to find, and I’ve not found another 5hp 2 stroke apart from the parsuns. Hence the question.

    The 5hp 2 stroke is 20kg. The 5hp 4 stroke is 26kg. Thats 6kg incase you struggle.
