    Scaffolders arriving this morning (already late, typical) to put up the scaffold around the front of our house ready for a front loft conversion. We did the back around 10 years ago but never got the permission to do the front. Now we have so let the fun begin... As it is now.

    I’ve purchased plenty of items on eBay from the states. Never been charged any extra taxes. I think it depends on the vigilance of your sorting office and what’s being sent. Somethings are more flagged than others. But as Andy says, returns could be an issue so choose carefully.

    Very similar to mine. I’m valued at circa £45k and pay £313, for full coverage including the channel isles . I don’t even need to notify them if I intend to go there. I’m with GJW.

    I insured my boat for what I thought it was worth, not what I paid for it. The insurance company never questioned it. It still probably under priced at the moment.

    Yes totally. He was trying to say that because pets (dogs really) use poo bags that they are bad for the planet because of the plastic usage. And all the packaging that pet foods come in. He wasn’t on the show for long!
