    Yes, same here. My Mrs is getting better, but still not that useful. So, if you can do it under the scrutiny of SWMBO you can do it alone easier!

    @Scotch_Egg2012and @Andy135. Practice makes perfect. But at the end of the day, if you cannot manoeuvre safely into the last spot, all you have to do is make sure your fenders are out and then come along side the boat in front or behind the space. Then just pull your boat into the space using your morning lines. Neither of you have boats too large that it’s not easily doable. Obviously this is a last resort. But gets you back in without scraping other people’s pride and joys.

    Sounds like a better than nothing trip to me. Fish caught and nobody heaved. Not surprised little Dai caught that thornie (raja clavita for Jon), he was well camouflaged for a surprise attack.

    Couple of years back, @Andy135 had a tope chase his bait up to the surface. He then continued to tease the poor devil on top of the water. It was quite a sight to see the tope take the bait.

    As always the 1st mate of Tarlach Too showed us the way to go. Leo landed the first and the biggest fish of the day, a lovely hound that went just over the 10lb mark. Here is some footage captured by the chrome dome.. Good to have Thomas and Andy on board again, it’s always a blast watching and listening to the two boys get on like an old couple.

    Do you not have a hand primer near the fuel filter ? This may need using. Or check for a small leak on any of the joints you may have disturbed. They may be sucking in air when fuel pump runs.
