Shocked, the receptionist says "I think the Doctor might be able to see you right away", so saying, she ushered the poor man straight into the Docs office. The Doctor listened sympathetically and suggested the guy remove his clothes and lie on the examining table. The Doc examined the guy's rectum with a pencil and stood back and said "Well I can see your problem. You have an abscess right on the edge of your arse". The guy looked slightly relieved, then said: "But why does it make that weird noise every time I pass wind?" "Oh that's easy", said the Doc, "Abscess Makes The Fart go HONDA"
