    summer meat / fish tide is right for the weekend of the 3 and 4 of july Mercury mariner has a slipway, and morings the thinking is a bbq or the local inn all are welcome. letus know if you are intrested names and boat names and how you intend arriving ie either by trailered boat or by water to the separate thread I’ve started and pinned. This then gives us a chance to start getting an idea of what preparations are required with the marina. thanks plenty of rock salmon to go round

    Not really if you come into british home waters from abroad where ther is colerea or something contages you have to fly the yellow flag and remain in iceserlation. what is covid if it is not contanchase

    i use the old glove tecneak myself. then let the line troute out a lot fearther then norm and real in sloley moving the line side to side i youse senter spoll for beach fishing, so i dont seem to have a problem there

    i agrea but there are quite a few only see what they whant to see, and that word but gets over yoused, if the punshment was harsh then i think there would be more clarty

    i agree but i every time i see the uptide rod out, the line it ends up dead astern with the outhers. in a mess. i tend to put a heavyer whaite on and hand throw it, hopfully it stays where it lands i know it can be dangerouse , but i youse a modyfied setup so the hock is on the outside of the boat plus im not throwiit that far

    normaly the lead is 1lb to 2 ib , in the solent i o white area, unles you are in shelterd arears, evan from calshott beach i have had tuble with 8 oz brake away on some tides

    well i have heard so many diferent things about uptiding please put me strate on this. i know you yous a longer road than the normal 40 \ 50 lb rod i have only seen this done where a 6 oz whaite will do why not youse your beach road
