You can only catch what's in front of you, so mine has to be tope without lots of travelling, in which case blue shark (to date), although rays on light gear can be great fun

Bit more done today, got a lot of grinding done, left it all just proud ready to finish off with sanding discs.....
Even the boy managed some cutting and grinding today as well.
No pics of progress as forgot camera! Duh....
Will be no progress now till Friday earliest, fishing tomorrow and the lad has got a rink hockey day Thurs.... Then again, day to myself.... Ya never know.
Once thats finished, will be getting the "bracing" out, full clean up inside, then start the transom.....

"My dog" was a boxer. I say "my dog" as he was my companion and guard when I was a toddler. My Mum had nipped across to the neighbours to borrow something or other, came home to find I had fed him all the sausages out of the fridge and we were both curled up in his basket! Unfortunately, he had to go, no fence could keep him in and amongst other things, he was a magpie and used to bring me all sorts of toys home 🤣
There were also several litters around that had more than a passing resemblence lol.
Later we had a jack russell, highly intelligent dogs that have coil springs built in!!
When was still with my ex we had labs, buddy a choc dog was mine, in as much as he would only listen to me. Unfortunately, working as a contractor doesn't lend itself to having pets otherwise I would have a dog now, in all probability, an english bull terrier

Don't mention glue and springers!  I was working under the car and heard nnngh next to my head. Springer had tried to eat a tube of evostick and glued her jaws shut.  Had to pin her down and use petrol/old toothbrush to remove glue and chewed up tube!  Other favourites on her menu were rawplugs, hair scrunchies, tobacco, rizlas, any sticky tape (self amalgamating by choice), screwdriver handles, radiotags for fish, window sponge for van etc.  She used to actually eat it all without any harm.  Mate used to come round, look at dogshit on lawn, and say something like 'you've run out of yellow rawlplugs then', because the shit was blue.
