  1. Back on now using a 4G dongle on the router, which is hitting a site across town through a valley, as the local site has dropped back to 3G. My iphone seems to be sticking with the local site on 3G ............. weird
  2. Unfortunately this pretty sums up your technical and pretty much anything else ability
  3. No, the vodafone BB has gone on a temporary holiday here and GSM must be busy as it is way slow and dropped to 3G I will be back laters with a suitable reply to the resident fuckwit 🙄
  4. I would like to agree Neil, but the button does not offer suitable punishers for the unfunny gobby git. 🤣🙄😇
  5. 2kg Bruce 👍 You can get 1.5kg, but not so common. still go with a metre or two of 6mm chain to make sure the Bruce digs in el pronto.
  6. Most of our local dealers recommend using an additive like quickstor all E10 motors. This is due to the drying properties of the ethanol, which over time reduces pump and injector life.
  7. I use E10, mainly because my engine is designed to use it, and I do a lot of Nm, so it is a bit cheaper. Also, I use my boat all year round, there is some good fishing to be had in the winter months ! However, I also treat the fuel with Mercury Quickstor, just in case the boat is laid up for any length of time. Quickstor maintains the octane and also stops the Ethanol from separating in the fuel. Another advantage is its lubrication properties for the fuel system and injectors. With E5 in your tank after just a few months, then just get on and use it, the engine will be fine
  8. I used to do it that way, but now I use a large bait dropper, and it's a very good tool..............
  9. Usually on the downtide side of the wreck where the tide flow increases. Not always easy to predict or see, but generally the position of the scour is dependant on the orientation of the wreck to the tidal flow and the composition of the seabed substrate. I often try and fish the ‘scour’ as you can pick up some very decent pollock, with plaice and turbot often present. I use ‘wrecksite.eu’ as a good source of dived wreck info, and they often detail the scour
  10. 14 yr old Grandson asked me about the music of my youth, I told him that is what is on stations like Gold UK etc, but I did say there was some stand out music from when his mum and her brother were younger. I started off with this, and he understood all the Spanish (he takes after me with the Spanish lingo) Then this ........ Then this ............. A lastly this ...............(RIP Robert Miles) He now thinks grandad is cool and wants me to dig out some more ..............😁
  11. I dont ! Because I usually wear Sakuma, Garmin, and Eagle Claw 👍
  12. There is still a huge debate that smoothounds and starry’s are actually the same specie, just different markings. Most of mine are Starry’s, but we only get smaller fish here (15lb tops), usually high single to low double.
