I was talking about that with the chair of the ATA today. With Golf and tennis it is more to do with changing rooms and communal areas rather than the sport itself. Whether you can access your boat may be governed by travel restrictions, but we wont know about that until tomorrow.
My local harbour website has just been updated saying the harbour office will be closed for 4 weeks but all harbour staff are available on emergency numbers. It points out that covid is not going away and everybody needs to stay safe and take suitable precautions.  The harbour and slipways will NOT be closed to pleasure boat traffic.

Your existing BB is plenty fast enough for streaming TV. Just like BHP sells cars, but Torque wins races, then BB is the same....... speed sells the BB, but it is the ‘through put’ that decides how effective it us. Generally it is safe to assume your useful  ‘through put’ speed is 75 - 85% of the quoted speed. ‘Through put’ is defined as an error free data packet, ie the BER ( Bit Error Rate) in that packet is zero
Now the technical bit ........ modern compressed video and efficient CODEC’s allow this service to operate over a very small bandwidths....... the bandwidths required for normal TV is 3mbs and 5mbs for HD TV.
I think you can get NowTV, or BT TV on a 30 free trial.
My through put is poor due to line noise which BT have chosen to ignore. However, everyday my online business is running the website, Cloud storage, etc, plus films and catchup TV being streamed ...... and the streaming works fine.

Ive been in a few in the past but not driving them, there are even a few tour operators that drive boats like this!!!..it's funny but the fella who's boat I'd been in wasn't racing to the pub, he virtually had the pub in the boat with us.
My daughters ex powered his little tinny with a 40hp etec which would run at a crazy 110kmh.
Another crazy boat Ive been in was another of my daughters sponsors, the boat was the Cootacraft villain. My first trip in this 70kt offshore spearfishing boat was crazy but not the fastest of the boats they build. Give me 22-24kts anyday over this crazy stuff!!!

Yes, Neil is correct. It was mandatory for a couple of hours then it was made optional, until next week.
You must have logged in during the mandatory window.

A Fenline is a boat that Geoff has been building since before Noah was a boy. The rest of us are running a book on when it'll finally see the salt. The smart money is on sometime just after the heat death of the universe...

Could be Ian. I think I have some numbers for the Fallodon somewhere that I'll dig out and cross-reference with my plotter.

I think that wreck is the SS Fallodon which was torpedoed in 1917,  ............... The data from wrecksite does suggest that there is an extensive scour of up to 39m all around the wreck, so probably good for Turbot & Plaice at the right time of the tide ............ here is the latest verbiage ...........

I just love the Daiwa Kensakis.  The 10-25lb does most things on its own, lovely soft tip and bends gradually into a lot of power in the butt.  Old 12-20 is a lovely, very light, rod but much less power than the modern equivalent.  We use Penn Fathom 15s with 40lb spectra braid.  I find the 12-20 and 12lb Penn rods (rampage and regiment) too aggressive, they're very tippy and seem to bounce fish off on braid.  I have a fair few other rods which are OK (Greys, Ugly Stick, Daiwa) but none stand out like the Kensakis

I use a Black box Fusion BB100 with the additional power amp, configured as one zone with the fusion waterproof speakers mounted in the lower part of the console .............
Because Fusion is owned by Garmin, the plotters support Fusion which makes it a very integrated system ...............
Our Apple phones are  paired with the fusion system, usually running premium spotify ........... but I also have a 128Gb usb stick plugged into the black box  for when I am outside of GSM range ................

My current boat doesn't have any music system and after looking into the pro's and con's I decided against fitting one in this boat. So on days where music is needed ( tends to be spearfishing sessions ) we take a JBL extreme 2 bluetooth speaker and stream what ever music fits the occasion from the phone. No holes or cables to interfere with transducer cables etc and easy to place anywhere in the boat, preferably next to the kids!!
Another good thing is the fact the speakers are waterproof so we take them on the beach too, or should I say the kids bring them!!!
