  1. New drive plate fitted, all back together, dropped back on Mounts' just need to remember where the plumbing and wiring goes, 🤣
  2. Nice new shiny bit arrived, fit for purpose, with some flexibility, lol
  3. They certainly have, several possible reasons, most probably cobbled it together, to make a drive plate, but not flexible, i have a bespoke flexible one being made by R&D Marine here next week.
  4. Damm it, gearbox sounded like box of spanners, engine out split gearbox to find this, WTF, Who bolts a flexible drive shaft together, R&D Marine manufcturing bespoke to suit Renault flywheel.
  5. New hinges and fixing blocks, and a couple of new Stays to boot.
  6. Semi Displacement, and i think mine is what they call the mark 3 as it's a 1993, i got a vid of Seaworker at 20 knots
  7. i've Never had it in water, it's about 100hp now but will remap to 130hp, hope to see 12-15 knots, but not looked at prop setting yet.

  9. Now the Engine. I do wish they hadn't painted it.
  10. That's been done, even has full flexi conduit shroud, can't find pic of end result, will sort when next there

  12. be a first for me, uploading, will try share link when i get it to Youtube lol
  13. Wiring nightmares, the flyby wire for throttle cut and stuffed in bilge, now sorted, no after pics. video of engine running.
  14. Bought "BLADE" on going project, Sept 2020. previous owner had made progress but couldn't complete, and I knew what had to be done and to date no nasty surprises, as he was very honest. I know this might be long project given my age, and certain health restrictions, (aches and pains, LOL), and what with COVID, my Son's support (muscles) is difficult. Will try and show before and after pic's not necessarily chronological. Wiring has been fun, with wires going nowhere, some cut and not rejoined. The Engine is a Renault Trafic 1.9 Td, fully marinized, but still has ECU, and wiring loom. there are Pro's and Con's, at the Mo, Pro's winning, as per plan. Digital Dash on Helm. and full engine diagnostics availability. Feel free to comment, offer advice, I'm no expert.
  15. Tnx, A long way's to go though, Re deck, Engine cover, Gunwales , Paint deck area, and tidy wiring, I'll get there, and enjoying project
  16. Currently Ashore, work in progress, coming along nicely. Unusual engine, Marinized Renault 1.9 Td. Bowman Cooling, Hurth Transmission
