jonny there is a company in cardiff bay they are called marine electronics wales at https;//www.marineelectronicswales.com hope you can sort it bud

He’s a good guy, Salvo, runs that massive lump of a charter boat out of Penarth Marina part time.

Puravida in Penarth also good, they took over Ed Risby who is at CBYC. He was a Garmin and Raymarine guy. Salvo will most likely get you sorted 🙂

I’ll check with the boss but I maybe free on weekend to have a look but I don’t know much about Garmin…. Only Lowrance/Simrad

Having spoken with my legal team I shall let this one stand as a floating pontoon is closer to being a boat than it is being part of my the shore

Actually a pontoon is deemed as land under the collision regulations…. There is no requirement to show anchor light when a fixed to a pontoon or a quay wall or other solid structure. However, it must be shown when at anchor and in low levels of light…

Soooo technically it should belong in the shore section…. But it’s more a report than I can offer for the weekend as no fishing 😞

Piano wire down the back but please don’t encourage the shackle dragger to repeatedly fly post in the wrong section.

    It’s on the to-do list….

Great size for eating, were these over rough ground or on a wreck ?

Over rough ground. Lots of inshore reefs and headlands to fish around, light gear is great fun. Most fish 2-3lb best about 5lb so nothing massive but a nice eating fish
