There is a an engineering term to describe this…. It’s called FUBAR….
Sadly I think that’s beyond repair 😞

18” will be fine.
Just make sure your MFD is compatible…

Puravida is a surf shop ?
Couldn't find any reference to electronics on their website ?
They are in Penarth Marina where the old Team Marine used to be, operating out of that workshop now

jonny there is a company in cardiff bay they are called marine electronics wales at https;//www.marineelectronicswales.com hope you can sort it bud
He’s a good guy, Salvo, runs that massive lump of a charter boat out of Penarth Marina part time.
Puravida in Penarth also good, they took over Ed Risby who is at CBYC. He was a Garmin and Raymarine guy. Salvo will most likely get you sorted 🙂
I’ll check with the boss but I maybe free on weekend to have a look but I don’t know much about Garmin…. Only Lowrance/Simrad

Having spoken with my legal team I shall let this one stand as a floating pontoon is closer to being a boat than it is being part of my the shore
Actually a pontoon is deemed as land under the collision regulations…. There is no requirement to show anchor light when a fixed to a pontoon or a quay wall or other solid structure. However, it must be shown when at anchor and in low levels of light…
Soooo technically it should belong in the shore section…. But it’s more a report than I can offer for the weekend as no fishing 😞

Cracking report 🙂 sounds like a great session 🙂

Shark trip booked for Saturday and a reefing trip for Sunday. Both in question due to the weather 😭😭😭

Piano wire down the back but please don’t encourage the shackle dragger to repeatedly fly post in the wrong section.
It’s on the to-do list….

Nice reels, built using same parts as 535. Good hearing on American made models. Be good on a 12-20lb boat rod and likely handle a lot of fish no problem 🙂

Good result there Luke, well done
We're booked on with Rob this Saturday, either wrecks or reefs depending on his advice
Looking dubious to say the least at the moment
Argh…
you may get lucky 🙂 his boat will take a hell of a sea 🙂 He did well on the wrecks up the Irish Sea last weekend 🙂
Looking at it’ll be behind you on way out and drops off later so fingers crossed for you 🙂
if you get any mackerel, I’d love a few 😉 Rob knows where my boat is 😉 I’m down Saturday night to refuel dos Sundays adventures 🙂
