Jiggle pumps work well, I put 200l a time using them. I’ve got split tanks so use 2. 200l a time unless I’m in Milford, I just go to the pump…. But still use jiggle to top up after short trips 🙂 Its quicker than you think, but hey it’s up to you. £0.40/l x 40l is £40. It maybe not worth it if you don’t get down often enough

Ouch… I paid £1.36/l on Friday for fuel in the marina. Can you not take cans to your boat? It’s a lot cheaper than that

Good session 🙂 I’ve heard you need to fish between the Monkstone bank and the middle bank. Fish it over low tide. Over high tide fish the inside of the Cardiff mid anchoring on edge of the bank as you do up on the English Welsh. My sources tell me that this is where some of the better cod are as they stocking up on prawn and Sandeel which are found in the banks

Well plan to leave Milford 13:30. Best time I’ve done was 3.5 hours… but I reckon about 5-6 hours tomorrow as it’ll be a 15knt slog and it’s about 90-100 miles so same distance as a shark trip.

Day off booked, 07:15 train from Newport and I’ll give it a go…. Hopefully I won’t be on train home…. Previous owner said it should be fine as I’m only 8 miles offshore in Caermarthen bay, rest of time jusr hug coast, take it slow an open up when I’m past the Ranny to spill @jonnyswamptea with my wake…. Main reason for trying is that there ia some VIP visitor in work, it’s a mandatory meeting if you’re not on holiday…
