Saintly Fish
My engine bay hatch sound proofing mat is delaminating. Ive glued it with carpet adhesive before, but getting in and out of the engine compartment your back runs up and down on it, which takes the top layer off. Any one know where I can buy some new stuff??
JDP
I would look at a more appropriate material and tape like we have here https://www.whitworths.com.au/search?q=engine+insulation

JDP
Not sure on the issue, most likely the same reason I often cant open links people post from the UK. Anyway this is the stuff I see under the engine covers on Diesel engines here.
jonnyswamp
Acoustic foam tiles and panels (efoam.co.uk) I used these (not the actual same name, but same design) self adhesive and made a big difference when I lined the engine cover on my last boat Saintly Fish
