JDP
Not a joke, Im not laughing🙁 . Early start just after sunrise this morning to find my 4x4 covered in ice, even after hitching up the boat and driving to the ramp I still had ice on parts of the vehicle. Water temp was down to 12.5'c on the shore reefs which normally get to around 16-17'c over winter. When the temp reaches 16'c the fishing becomes pretty tough, today was one of those. Only managed 2 snapper and a few wrasse species to take home for dinner. Nothing seemed to deter the toothy pike though, so at least we we able to have a bit of fun catch and releasing those most of the day. Roll on the warm weather.
