I do like oven baked over fried - especially something special - fried for pollock or whiting, baked for turbot and bass etc, not lucky enough to cook my own Cod! Ingredients would probably be a good idea. Cod cayenne pepper fresh lemon juice olive oil garlic flake. Cook the cod on 200c for 12 mins after coating with the above.
